It adapts your plan, calls out patterns, and routes emergencies or anything medical to the built-in safety triage instead of guessing. Power users can plug in their own LLM API key.
Where does my health data live?
On your phone. Tracking, photos, and diary entries are stored on-device by default — progress photos go to a private in-app vault, not your gallery or a cloud. You choose what leaves, like a PDF report you export for your doctor.
Is this medical advice?
No. Keto28 is a tracking and education tool with unusually serious safety rails — an 18+ gate, medication-aware warnings, and triage that tells you when to call a professional. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, especially on medication.
