By using Keto28 you agree to these terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Keto28 is a wellness and education app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A ketogenic diet can affect fluids, electrolytes, blood sugar, and some medications. Talk to your doctor before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication (including insulin or other diabetes medication). Individual results vary. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Keto28.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Free trial: Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial. We save your payment method at sign-up but do not charge during the trial.
Automatic renewal: When the trial ends, your payment method is charged the plan price shown at checkout. Subscriptions then renew automatically — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — at the same price, until you cancel. Founding/promotional rates renew at the founding rate as described at purchase.
Cancel anytime: You can cancel at any time. Cancel before your trial ends and you will not be charged. To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription in the app, or email [email protected] and we will cancel for you. If you purchased through an app store, manage or cancel the subscription in that store's account settings.
Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins; cancellation stops future renewals. App-store purchases are subject to that store's refund policy.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

Use Keto28 only for your personal, lawful use. Do not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical care.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Keto28 is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightning Command Lines LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
